Access Panels

  • The TM Series provides a full range of standard options in steel, galvanneal steel, or stainless steel for non-fire-rated wall and ceiling applications. We offer four flange options – a standard 1” flange, a wallboard bead flange to be taped and mudded, a plaster flange, or an extended plaster flange. Our sturdy construction with a concealed hinge provides a cost-effective, yet attractive access solution for any building.

  • Fire-rated access panels for every type of installation offer self-closing doors and several flange styles. The FD has a standard exposed flange, the FDW, has a drywall bead flange, and the FDP, has a recessed plaster flange.

  • Fire-rated, insulated access panels for wall and ceiling applications where control of temperature rise and heat transmission is required. Largest industry sizes available which are ideal for equipment access applications. Models in this series include a standard exposed flange or recessed drywall flange to accomodate a wide range of installation needs.

  • These access panels are designed for exterior use with durable galvanneal, aluminum or stainless materials. Doors are gasketed to prevent moisture intrusion, with several latch and handle options available. Standard flanges cover the edges of the opening, while our extended flange is recessed and designed for the application of plaster or stucco to blend in with the surrounding walls.

  • The largest two hour wall and ceiling double leaf access door on the market with a temp rise rating offer architects and engineers unprecedented flexibility in designing. Wall sizes up to 48″ x 60″ and ceilings up to 60″ x 48″. Can be installed in walls or ceilings with a removable center mullion allowing a larger free area.

  • When control of temperature rise and heat transmission is required, our three hour fire-rated, insulated access panels are ideal wall and ceiling applications . Large wall sizes up to 48″ x 60″ and ceiling sizes up to 36″ x 36″ provide easy access to components while maintaining the integrity of fire-rated barriers.

  • Acoustical STC-65 sound-rated access panel for walls and ceilings helps achieve noise containment and sound transmission blocking requirements.

  • Security access panel in 10 gauge steel for detention buildings. Everything about this access panel is heavy-duty! We offer a wide range of lock preps and locks.

  • Our toughest access panel in 7 gauge steel with detention lock prep and several detention lock options. This panel is designed for detention and high-security applications.

  • When ceiling applications call for ASTM E-119 protection, the FD2CI provides control of temperature rise and heat transmission. Designed without the use of springs, allowing easier access through the door opening.

  • Fire-rated, insulated access panels for a trimless appearance where control of temperature rise and heat transmission is required.  Models in this series have a recessed drywall flange and a recessed door to accept a drywall panel or tile.

  • This temp rise-rated panel ideal for situations when an outward opening door inhibits movement of people, traffic or equipment. Use where control of temperature rise and heat transmission is required.

  • A specialty laundry or garbage chute door with a wide exterior flange complete with a return edge, making it ideal for retrofit applications. This temp rise access panel can be ordered with a listed gasket.

  • The CAP series is designed to create a large clear opening for removal or maintaining pumps and equipment. The frame has either a standard exposed or drywall bead, flange.  Select from either a single or double door model – the doors are formed for rigidity. One door is operable and the other stationary with the option to remove both doors.

  • This recessed CT door series allows you to match the surrounding wall or ceiling material by inserting tile, wallboard, or plaster into the door recess. Select from several flange options including trimless, drywall bead, or plaster flange.

  • This gasketed panel is ideal for laboratories, pressurized rooms, climate-controlled rooms, and dusty or high-moisture environments. The frame and door are gasketed and specially designed to form a tight seal to reduce air infiltration

  • A surface-mount panel without an interior frame that quickly and easily installs with screws through the face of the frame.

  • The lightweight GF series access panels are designed to blend seamlessly into drywall ceilings and walls. These panels are manufactured from a 70% post-consumer recycled glass for a unique green-design matrix. Panels feature a tapered edge for a smooth tape joint. They are designed for either wall or ceilings installation and can be ordered with a drop-in or hinged door with concealed hinge.

Floor Doors

  • The retrofit floor door is ready to be installed in an existing floor opening and does not require cast-in-place installation.

  • A flush floor door that is designed to remain corrosion-free, featuring aluminum and stainless steel construction and a non-slip diamond plate surface.

  • A flush floor door with integral gutter to drain moisture away from the door opening. The FLDD is available in both single and double door models to fit a wide variety of applications.

  • Our FHD floor doors are designed to control the transmission of heat and flames when installed in a floor-ceiling assembly with a maximum temperature rise of 250 degrees Fahrenheit (121.1 degrees Celsius) for the specified rating periods of 1, 2 or 3 hours. Options for new construction or retrofit in concrete, or wood framing installation.  Previous product series – FFD1, FFD2, FFD3.

  • This architectural floor door is designed to accommodate the installation of 1/8″ tile or carpet so that it is flush with the surrounding floor finish.
